Distributor Terms:

Minimum Order Quantity:

  • Traditional Distributors – Must order at least 5 units
  • Drop-Shipping – No minimum

Warranty:
Covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Excludes misuse, liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.
Customer dissatisfaction that is unrelated to product defects (buyer’s remorse, incorrect
application, ordering error) is the distributor’s responsibility.

Troubleshooting:
Distributor is the first line of customer support.
If distributor cannot identify the issue, distributor shall forward the customer’s email to Sales@TheDigiSync.com and request technical guidance.

Manufacturing Defects:
If troubleshooting determines that a manufacturing defect is present, the distributor shall replace the customer’s unit from the distributor’s available inventory.
For distributors to receive a refund or account credit, the defective unit must be returned to Digi Sync at the distributor's expense
*The shipment must contain a note that indicates the distributor’s original (or at least most recent) order #.
Digi Sync reserves the right to inspect returned units to verify warranty eligibility before issuing a refund or credit. If significant non-warranty damage is present, refund or credit may be denied.
