Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Digi Sync! This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders. Please review this information before making a purchase.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there is a delay, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The carrier provides estimated delivery times, which may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Domestic orders include tracking numbers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Ensuring the product is legal for import in their country.

  • Providing accurate address details in English (including phone number for customs).

Delays due to customs are beyond our control and not grounds for refunds.


5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Carrier disruptions (e.g., strikes, service outages)

Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact us at Sales@TheDigiSync.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered."


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order is returned due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website.
