🛠️WARRANTY:
Digi Sync warranties all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after the original purchase date.
At Digi Sync's discretion, we may choose to either repair the product, ship a brand new replacement, or refund your purchase.
🎖️Extended warranties can be purchased directly from Digi Sync's website. If the product was purchased somewhere other than Digi Sync's website, an extended warranty can still be purchased, but must be purchased within 30 days of the original product purchase.
🛡️Full Coverage Warranites allow the product to be returned for ANY reason, even if damaged by the customer. Think of this as insurance for your precious tool!
To submit a product for warranty, ship the unit to this address with a note, or preferably send us an email (Sales@TheDigiSync.com), that includes your order number and explains the issue. Photos and videos are always a huge help and can help expedite your replacement/repair.

For warranty claims, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including all international VAT/Duties/Fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delivery disputes. If shipping a repair, Digi Sync pays for return postage and fees.
📦RETURNS:
At Digi Sync, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus applicable shipping and restocking fees). 🤝
To qualify for a return, items must:
✔ Be unused, in new condition, and free from damage or odors (e.g., gasoline, motor oil).
✔ Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
✔ Be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

💵REFUNDS FOR RETURNS:
The following restocking & repair fees shall apply:
0% - Product returned due to a warranty issue.
10% - Product returned due to buyer's remorse.
33% - Product has visible signs of usage, damage, missing accessories, and/or, but not limited to, a noticeable odor such as gasoline or motor oil.
33% - Product was purchased with the intent to use and return (see TOOL RENTAL PROGRAM link below).
⏱️PROCESSING TIME:
Our team is fast and efficient, but we are also small. Because of this, we typically process returns and repairs within 1-2 business days. However, please expect up to 2 weeks of extended processing time during holidays and employee vacations.
