How It Works
STEP 1 - Purchase
Purchase any Digi Sync product from our website.
STEP 2 - Sync Your Ride
Use Digi Sync to synchronize your vehicle.
Please note that the vacuum
caps are provided to you as a courtesy. Feel free to keep them to replace brittle or worn-out vacuum caps.
STEP 3 - Return
Clean & send the Digi Sync back to us.

Include a note in the package that says

Without this information, we won't know who to give the refund to!
You pay for shipping - Please use a service with tracking in order to avoid disputes.
STEP 4 - Refund
Digi Sync issues a full refund minus a 33% rental fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 1 business day, but depending on our workload, please allow up to 10 business days. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Returns must be postmarked within 90-days after the original purchase. If additional time is needed, please email us for approval.
Returned units must be free from significant damage.
