Welcome to The Digi Sync ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website www.TheDigiSync.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Website and Products
By using our Site and purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use our Site and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Product Use Disclaimer
Our products are intended for use by individuals with basic mechanical knowledge or professional training. Improper use can lead to equipment damage or personal injury. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle, equipment, or person resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.

3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Payments must be completed via approved methods provided on our Shopify platform. By submitting payment information, you represent that it is true, complete, and authorized.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
Our commitment ends with receipt of delivery. A package that goes missing after being left in an unsecured area is not our responsibility.
For International orders, the purchaser will be responsible for the fees, duties, and Customs payments, unless otherwise specified.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original storage case. To initiate a return, contact us at Sales@TheDigiSync.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable.
Note: Tools that have been damaged or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
