1. Returns
To qualify for a return, items must follow the following conditions:

- Be in new condition, & free from damage or odors
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manual.
- Be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 1–10 business days.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
